All of our window cleaning customers receive a text the night before a window clean is due. This reassures that customer that we take their window cleaning seriously and it also reminds them to unlock the gate or garage for our arrival.
Some customer reply with requests such as, please include the conservatory this time or the studio and others reply with time restrictions that they may have for the next day, thereby allowing us to work around them.
