We seriously do not understand why some window cleaners do not include your window frames, sills and vents; surely you are paying for the whole are to be cleaned, right?
Having a clean frame, sill and vent can greatly improve the look of a window and even that side of the property. We always start by cleaning around the frames, then we clean the frames themselves, then we move onto the vents. All of this will wash dirt onto the glass, so only after these are cleaned will we start cleaning the window.
