Recently a new client requested that a Fascia Clean, Soffit Clean and Gutter Clean, all take place prior to the regular Window Cleaning.
The left-hand side of the above image shows what the Fascias looked like prior to the clean taking place. The right-hand side shows the result of the Fascia Clean.
Using only a water fed pole, a unique brush and our purified water, Max was able to carry out the clean in the estimated time frame and he was able to exceed the customer expectation.
Max did point out that sometimes when Gutters, Soffits and Fascias are not cleaned regularly, the plastic can stain. These kinds of stains can not be removed once they are there. The customer understood this and agreed to the work continuing anyway.
The end result surprised the customer and she was very pleased with the Fascia Clean as it totally restored the original look and feel of the outside of the property.
Following the gutter clean, the fascia clean and the soffit clean, the regular window cleaning took place.
The customer has been booked in for annual UPVC cleaning and will be sent a reminder nearer the time; this will further uphold and maintain the desired look of the property.
