On the left-hand side is part of the Fascia of a property in Poole that needed attention. There were various patches of green, mould and algae across the fascias, soffits and guttering that required cleaning.
The owner of the property needed gutter clean, a fascia clean and a soffit clean; this is usually all summed up by requesting UPVC Cleaning.
Maximum Clean was recommended to the owner of the property, who had previously received a very high quote. Unaware of what the quote was, we priced the work according to the time that Max would be on-site. The customer was pleased with the quote.
Max cleaned all the gutters and then rinsed them off, following this the Fascias and Soffits were cleaned and rinsed off.
The UPVC Cleaning took place using a water fed pole, a brush specifically designed for this type of work and our purified water. No chemicals were needed.
The customer was pleased with the work. The customer then asked for their windows to be cleaned; they are now a regular window cleaning customer of ours.
